Now I remember why I don't exercise. Even after the tiny bit that I did yesterday, my legs are hurting, and I'm grumpy as all hell today. Could also be work, only 2 days left...
Anyway, here we go today:
Weight: 143.5
What I ate:
Breakfast: one apple
Lunch: half a bowl of creamy potato soup (totally gross, note to self, do not buy this again!) and two chocolate cupcakes.
Side note: I hate Capstone! This was my last Saturday, and every week for a year I have told them not to order me lunch with seafood, because I don't eat it. For a year, they have not gotten me seafood. Today was my last day, and I was hungry as hell, and what do they get me? mini whole squid. So, to make up for it and ease my rumbly tummy, I am eating two chocolate cupcakes. Fuck this place.
Snack: Gave in and had another cupcake :(
Dinner: one thin cucumber with vinegar, salt, and pepper, and a pack of shin ramyun instant noodles with 6 pieces of beef
What I did for exercise:
Didn't make it to the gym again. But did the same exercises as yesterday:
10 inner thighs on each side
20 bench lifts
50 crunches
30 squats
25 bicycles
30 lunges (15 on each side)
20 side crunches
50 reverse crunches
skipped the burpees (knees hurt), mason twists, scissor kicks, and jumping jacks.

Day 1 (June 15, 2012)
Starting diet and exercise today.
Weight: 143.5 lbs
What I ate:
Breakfast: one apple
Lunch: 12 inch sub from subway: parmesan oregano bread, roast beef, bacon, cheese, pickles, cucumber, green pepper, onion, vinegar. It was delicious, but probably not the healthiest, and in HK, subway is kind of expensive.
Snack: one chocolate cupcake (which is amazing, since I made 90 for my last week of classes, and still only ate ONE)
Dinner: one thin cucumber, sliced, with vinegar, salt, and pepper. one cup of plain pasta with parmesan cheese. Six 1x1 inch pieces of thinly sliced beef with balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper (no oil).

What I did for exercise:
I didn't make it through the whole routine: did 10 of the inner-thigh thing for each side, crapped out after one rep of 20 bench lifts, only did 25 crunches, 25 squats, 1 rep of 25 bicycles, did all 30 lunges, 1 rep of 20 side crunches, did the 10 burpees, did the 50 reverse crunches, but then totally crapped out and didn't do the mason twists or the scissor kicks. Added 25 jumping jacks at the end though.
The hardest thing is my knees, they're pretty weak and get painful pretty quickly on the lunges. Felt good to do even just this little bit though, and other than the massive subway sandwich for lunch and probably the cupcake, I think everything was pretty healthy.
Goal for tomorrow is to add 30 minutes of running to the above exercises.
